Please use the following theme settings. Please Note: Only the 'old' version of Google Forms allows for a custom theme as described below. To switch from the new version to the old, click the? Page background: Change the “Background color” to white. EMBEDDING A GOOGLE FORM ON A ZETA INNER PAGE 1. When you are finished formatting your form, you’ll need to capture the embed code. At the bottom of your form, click Send form. A new window will appear. A new window will appear with your form code. Under the “Custom size” area, change the width to “ 390.” Once you have adjusted the form size, you may now select all of the HTML code and copy it to your clipboard. In the CMS, select the page on which you’d like the form to appear. Under the Content tab, scroll to the Main Content WYSIWYG Editor and select HTML. Paste the code into the editor, and click Update. You will see a yellow placeholder box appear in the WYSIWYG editor. Click on the Metadata tab. In the field Long Name for page heading, insert one space by putting your cursor in the field and clicking the space bar on your keyboard. If you make future edits to the form in Google, they will automatically appear on the CMS page. You do not need to re-embed the code.
